Dining was a dream! Enjoyed authentic Italian dishes at nearby spots like La Tecia Wine Bar and Caffe Walter 1907. Plus, the staff at the hotel were pleasant and responsive, spacious rooms and a great breakfast spread.
The only challenge was arriving by car. It was a bit chaotic finding a space for valet since all were full. But once we managed to pull up, everything else sparkled.

Modern hotel with courteous service and amazing location short walk to stores and restaurants, and the pedestrian zone. Large and airy room, particularly nice view of the sea. Good facilities, exceptionally comfortable bed.

We liked the location. An older hotel but quite well maintained. Enjoyed having a bathtub for a change. You could walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Very safe.
Air conditioning was ineffective if it worked at all. I would think most of the time you would not need it.

The room was beautiful and super comfy! It had great temperature control and the lighting was cozy. The bathroom was amazing with awesome water pressure. Plus, they even brought coffee to our room in the morning! The mini-bar was well stocked too. My only issue was that the shower felt a bit small. But honestly, it was a fantastic stay overall.

Very good hotel right in the centre of the shopping and the city. Ask for a room facing via San Nicolo as the other side of the hotel faces a very busy street. Parking can be arranged through the hotel but is off site. Well worth another visit even if a bit pricier than other hotels a little further out of the centre of town.

Great location, safe garage 3 minutes away (the hotel also offers valet service), friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, hardwood floor, tasty breakfast (we came to eat 15 minutes before the breakfast was supposed to be finished and the buffet table was still full - hot eggs, croissants, fresh fruit - heavenly), overall a great experience.
The waitress in the breakfast room walked past us and didn't even look at us or ask us if we wanted coffee, even though she had only 2 other customers - wasn't really busy. After she took our order, she waited for more than 5 minutes to start making the coffee and decided to move some cups around instead. We eventually got a superb cup of coffee 10 minutes later.

great location but limited breakfast options
The location was ideal for accessing local attractions and dining options. The serene music in the restaurant complemented the cozy decor. Staff members were consistently cheerful and eager to assist, which significantly enhanced our experience. We found the lounge area very inviting and enjoyed our time there, especially during breakfast.

great location, superb breakfast, attentive staff
A few details overlooked: battery in both safe and whirlpool bath was dead; you can't really control AC completely from your room -- you must tell front desk to set the desired temperature

missingWrote a review on 23 Julexcellent locationdelicious breakfastsmall roomtraffic noiselimited room amenities
The location is prime, nestled near bustling canals and numerous dining options. The breakfast, served outdoors, is a good spread of local favorites like home-baked Alentejo bread and various meats, all delivered with attentive service. The superior room felt on the smaller side and lacked some of the plush comforts expected at this rating. Noise from the main road was disruptive at night, impacting relaxation .
